Shipping policy

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

All orders are shipped from our local warehouse and sent via courier or bulk transport depending on the size.  We will always do our best to dispatch products on the same day as the order is received.

Please allow 1-2 working days for deliveries within the North Island.  For the South Island, deliveries can take up to 2-4 working days with almost all couriers/transport providers in New Zealand.

If you have not received your delivery within the timeframe mentioned above, we suggest you allow an extra day before contacting us in case there is a delay with the courier or transport provider.

We cannot ship to P.O boxes or overseas addresses.
